Cooking
For meatballs used buckwheat unground TM Mistral.
Thawed meat. Zucchini rubbed on a coarse grater. Shredded in the shredder celery, onion, garlic and put in a bowl. Broke back the egg. Added salt, pepper, dried vegetables and boiled buckwheat.
For breading not finely shredded dried a loaf of bread with bran.
Minced meat is thoroughly mixed.
