Meat patties with buckwheat and zucchini
Cutlets from minced meat mixed with buckwheat, zucchini and celery.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Zucchini

    180 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    100 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Roots

    1.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Bread crumbs

For meatballs used buckwheat unground TM Mistral.

Thawed meat. Zucchini rubbed on a coarse grater. Shredded in the shredder celery, onion, garlic and put in a bowl. Broke back the egg. Added salt, pepper, dried vegetables and boiled buckwheat.
