Buckwheat with mushrooms in a meat basket
The basket is made of minced meat, with a juicy filling of buckwheat with forest mushrooms, with a cheese hat. It is quite a separate dish, and meat, and the garnish! Perfect for a hearty dinner!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    2 tsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

To start boil the buckwheat, I used unground from Mistral

The onion we shall cut small cubes, carrots grate on a grater, fry all in a pan with oil
