Cupcake with pomelo
Elegant cupcake with a light, barely perceptible bitterness. Baked in the evening, tried it and was a little disappointed... thought the kids won't eat... but finding in the morning the remains of several recent pieces, I decided to post the recipe, exclusively for fans of light bitterness in sweet dish...

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    210 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Corn starch

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Pomelo

    750 g

  • Sugar

  • Strawberry syrup

  • Powdered sugar

  • Butter

Cooking

Whisk the eggs with the sugar.

Add yogurt, mix well. Mix the flour, starch and baking powder. Sift flour mixture to the liquid. Stir the dough.

Grease a baking dish with oil. Put the dough.

Next, turn the oven to warm up to 180*. And pomelo peel. Our handsome man was almost 2 kg weight. Pie on the left half. Peeled weight, half turned 750g. Pomelo peeled and spread on the dough medium-sized pieces, a little pritupova. Then I decided to sprinkle on top of cupcake in sugar crystals. Send the cake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes.

I sprinkled podostyvshimi cupcake with powdered sugar with vanilla.

And yet I wanted to add more colors!!! I painted the cupcake with the strawberry frosting gel!!! You can take just the syrup or the syrup thicken with starch...
