Refined neck with a potato
Not to chew if we neck? - I thought and bought a pack of duck necks... Spicy, juicy, flavorful... marinated in soy sauce-marinated and baked with potatoes in the oven. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Neck chicken

    700 g

  • Sauce-marinade

    50 ml

  • Rosemary

    2 sprig

  • Oregano

    6 sprig

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

That was no doubt... and there were a duck...

Duck neck rinse if desired to remove excess fat and dry. Fold in a container and add soy sauce marinade Teriyaki TM Kikkoman.

Add missed through chesnokodavku garlic, torn Basil leaves, oregano and rosemary. Add honey.

Mix thoroughly, cover and put into the refrigerator from 4 hours to 2 days.

Wash the potatoes. Put the neck together with the marinade in a baking dish. You can use the package for baking.

Slice potatoes and add to the necks. Add to the potato leaves oregano and rosemary, to sbryznut vegetable oil, preferably sesame.

I like to put potato peel up. Bake the dish in a preheated 200° oven for about 60 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!
