Autumn, the weather is not favourable, and so the hunt kebabs to eat. And then the PUMPKIN caught my eye. Thought... why not?. And the result was very interesting and tasty kebab which I presented for dinner. My daughter's birthday today and we are fasting, so the celebration was yesterday. I suggest to you to try. Cooking
Wash and dry fillets with paper towels.
Cut it into pieces and put into a bowl to marinate.
Pumpkin cut into pieces approximately 2 cm by 2 cm.
Add the pumpkin to the meat. Add all the spices, honey, salt and soy sauce. Mix well. Cover with a lid and put into the fridge for at least 2 hours. I marinated for 4 hours.
The time has passed. Strung alternately meat and pumpkin on wooden skewers and send it on a makeshift grill ( cookie sheet with foil). Send in a preheated 170 degree oven for 50 minutes. Every 15 minutes turn the skewers.
The dish is ready. We invite all to the table and enjoy the perfect combination of chicken and pumpkin. Bon appetit. Thank you.
