Cheese cake with fruits
Delicate, airy and moderately moist cupcake with your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

Cooking

Cottage cheese, eggs and sugar, mix with a mixer and whip until fluffy.

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath, add into the mixture, beat again.

Gradually add the flour with the baking powder, each time gently stirring, add the vanilla sugar, mix.

You should get nekrutoe dough, soft, but thicker than sour cream. If necessary, add more flour, but do not overdo it, and it will be dry...

Fruit wash, remove seeds, cut into slices and put in a form. If desired, sprinkle cinnamon for flavor.

Pour the batter, lightly stir to not all the fruit was at the bottom, and flatten with a spoon.

Put in a preheated 170*With the oven, bake until Golden brown and dry matches. In my oven it took exactly an hour. Better a couple of times to check.

Allow to cool, cut into serving pieces and enjoy.
