Skewers of pork shoulder
What could be better than barbecue outdoors in peace with family and friends? Before being roasted in the flames, fragrant pieces of meat in the seasoning from the Forester can stand no.

Meat cut into medium-sized pieces.

For marinating meat I use a set from the Forester, which includes the seasoning for the skewers of meat with juniper berries and Jamaican pepper + package for marinating. Sliced pieces of meat folded in the package, add the seasoning, close the zip lock and shake the bag so that the spices spread evenly.

Now add the liquid base. I added vegetable oil. Package again close and rock to evenly distribute the marinade. Marinade for 2-3 hours.

While the meat is marinating, prepare the tortillas with the greens, who will submit to the kebab. In sour cream add water and salt, mix well.

Gradually add flour (it may take more or less), knead the plastic dough.

Greens (I dill) finely chop and add to the dough.

Cut the dough into parts, depending on the desired size of pellets. I got 5 cakes. Each piece out thinly, can pagpalit work surface with flour.

On a dry pan without adding oil, fry tortillas for 1 minute on each side. Taken from frying tortillas folded pile and cover with a towel.
