Chicken rolls in batter
These rolls are prepared quickly, from low-products, which often have in the fridge, but turn out very tender, delicious and so fragrant!!! I suggest to everyone to try!! ))

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Fillet you can use any, but I have chicken, it rolls out very tender. For starters fillet to defrost.

Each fillet should be cut horizontally into 3 parts.

Each of the resulting parts salt and beat.

Now we need to make the filling. Mix grated cheese, mayonnaise and a little chopped garlic (I used dried).

The filling becomes quite thick.

On the wide edge to lay a thin layer of toppings (literally 1-1. 5 teaspoon).

I got 6 rolls. For the convenience of working with the batter you can cut each roll in half.

For batter, mix egg, water, salt and flour.

The dough consistency as pancakes.

Now dip each roll in batter (I placed the roll in a plate with the batter and sprinkled the rolls with batter using a spoon). And immediately spread the prepared rolls in a hot pan with vegetable oil. Fry on all sides until Golden brown. Chicken prepared quickly, so literally for a few minutes on each side. The smell while cooking is just awesome.. chicken.. Cheese.. Garlic.. Mmm ))
