This is an amazing and incomparable taste jam (or marmalade) want to try again and again... the Taste is amazing and defies description. The recipe I give Natasha (LNataly) from Smolensk to her birthday.

Cooking
Three tomatoes cut crosswise, pour a small amount of water, cooked until soft.
Apples cut into quarters, freed from serdtsevini, baked in the microwave until soft (high capacity - 2 minutes).
Then took the sieve and rubbed the softened vegetable and fruit (turned out to be the most time consuming for some reason).
The result was a mass consistency liquid puree.
Further ovarial this mixture on low heat. As soon as she began to thicken, I added the sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Good mix.
Again cooked until thick. When almost cold, again cooks for about 10 minutes.
