Butter to RUB on a grater, add sugar and yolk, sour cream, flour and baking powder. Knead the dough and roll it into a ball.
Put the dough into the shape and form ledges. For the filling, mix sour cream, beaten egg white, salt, sugar and starch, add raspberries and mix gently.
Spread the filling on the dough and send in preheated oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180. The dough and the filling needs to brown.
