Tender, delicious, moist cake

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

  • Banana

  • Powdered sugar

Prepare the ingredients :)

Mix 150ml of jam with 200ml of yogurt and soda. Mix thoroughly and put aside for 10-15 minutes

After 10-15 minutes add 2 eggs and sugar. Beat

Mix the flour with the baking powder

Sift the flour into the dough

Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees. The cake can be cut into 2, but I bake separately from each other 2 layers, and what you suggest :)

To prepare for impregnation of cakes. Water combine the sugar and jam. Soak cakes.

Combine 200g of sour cream and 2 tbsp sugar and mix

Put some one of korikov sour cream

Put the second cake on top

Cut banana and decorate top of the cake

Prepare the fondant

Combine cocoa powder (1st. l), sour cream (2st. l), sugar (2st. l) 30ml milk and put to boil over low heat until smooth.

Remove from heat, cool slightly and add 50g of butter, let's stir until dissolved. Fill the cake top with fondant, put in the refrigerator or on the balcony (if the winter :)) and as a more or less hardens the Fudge, sprinkle with powdered sugar. The cake is ready! Bon appetit!
