Fried spare ribs in soy sauce
The weather here is disgusting. The wind is blowing crazy. Green still did not. A soul asks a picnic, nature, holiday! Kebabs of ahaaaaaa!!! Well, with the barbecue in the apartment complicated, but here's the meat of "Kikkoman" is easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Pasta pepper

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Rice flour

    1 handful

Cooking

Ribs cut pieces, rinse and cover with cold water, to cover. Bring to boil, boil 5 minutes and drain the water. Dry and still hot pour the Sukiyaki sauce TM "Kikkoman", leave to marinate for a couple of hours.

Chop onions finely along the bulb. Pepper cut into non-small-corners.

Dry the meat from the marinade and breaded in rice flour. The meat I just sprinkle a handful of flour in a spacious bowl, cover the bowl with a lid and vigorously shaken two or three times.

Heat the oil and fry the chops with onions and peppers, stirring frequently, until browned smooth crust.

Pour soy sauce"Kikkoman", stir fry until the sauce is evaporated.

Add pepper sauce Sriracha TM "Kikkoman", stir well and remove from heat.

Serve hot with plenty of green onions and fresh tomatoes.
