Cooking
In the beef add onion (finely chopped, or minced. In the same utensil add the buckwheat, salt and Provencal herbs. Stir it carefully.
Put the cabbage in the microwave and cook on maximum power for 4-5 minutes (look at your microwave).
Do not take a lot of stuffing in it, put the block of cheese formed an oblong cutlet.
Do that with all meat, cheese and cabbage. Put the cabbage in a bowl multivarki. On the bottom pour, not much water, set the mode Control:time 40 minutes, temperature 120 degrees. Simmer under a lid.
Prepare the sauce. Onions, peppers and carrots, passeruem on a small amount of oil.
Water, sour cream and tomato paste, stir until smooth, pour in the sauteed vegetables. Add the greens.
After 20 minutes from starting of the fire in the bowl to the stuffed pour the sauce and simmer until the signal with the lid closed.
