  • Cinnamon

    3 Tbsp

Butter melts but do not boil!

In the sand of the cookies make a dimple in there and pour the melted butter, RUB with a spoon until smooth

On the bottom put any jam, I took black currant (suggest to use jam sour, will taste better)

Now to the cream cheese that it is important to know when the curd is soft, I don't recommend adding the egg, add just sugar and vanilla, because if the mass is very fluid, cutting the cake it will spread, you can try to add flour, but I do not advise. I have the cottage cheese is dry, so I add the egg and sugar :)

Next, the curd is added to form (easier to spread with a fork), and top lubricated sour cream

The top sprinkle with cinnamon and put to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 min
