Turkey legs
As you know Americans love food from Turkey. The recipes of these dishes varied. I suggest you try one of my favorite dishes from Turkey. This recipe I found in my favorite magazine " Bon Appetit ". Very easy to prepare, small number of ingredients, and the result is delicious, fragrant, tender and juicy! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Allspice

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Dry white wine

    1.5 cup

  • Parsley

    7 sprig

  • Thyme

    4 sprig

  • Sage

    2 sprig

  • Broth

    6 cup

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Leeks

    2 piece

Cooking

Turkey legs salt and pepper to taste and fry in a pan for about 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.

In a pot or other deep dishes, pour a little olive oil, put chopped onion, celery, leek and garlic and cook, stirring, 5-8 minutes.

Then add the white wine, soy sauce, parsley, thyme and sage. Devarim to a boil, umeltsem the heat to low and cook 8-10 minutes.

I use soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Put Turkey legs in a large kettle, add chicken broth and white wine vinegar, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook 2.5-3 hours.

Then add the carrots and cook with the lid open for another 35-45 minutes.

Serve hot.
