Beef rolls
On weekdays, after a tiring day at work don't always have time to cook different dishes. But sometimes you want to pamper your loved ones with something tasty, or to impress unexpected guests. For such cases, I saved this recipe. Simple, quick and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    3 slice

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 pinch

  • Savory

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese sausage

    3 slice

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cut the meat into portions.

Put in a bag and beat off.

To prepare the marinade. Mix soy sauce, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, black pepper, savory and coriander.

Pour meat marinade, tie the package and shake well so that the marinade gets evenly distributed. To remove a package of meat in the refrigerator, where it can be stored from 1 to 3 days.

Good sausage cheese cut into slices, dill and crush the garlic.

The slices of meat put a slice of cheese, sprinkle with garlic and dill.

Collapse rolls. Tie them with a thread or stab with a toothpick.

In skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil and quickly fry the rolls over high heat. Cover with foil, put the lid on and put in the oven. Bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes. Focus on the weight of the meat and the thickness of the rolls. Finished rolls are removed to remove the cover and give them a 5 minute rest under foil. Rolls out very tender and flavorful.
