Description

Roman bucatini
In Italian "bucato" means full of holes. This is a long pasta similar in appearance to straw. The perfect sauce for bucatini is considered amatriciana with bacon and tomatoes. While other sauces it is no less delicious. I have a vegetable sauce, but very tasty.
