Apricot clafoutis
Belinda Leong has decided to share with the readers of my favorite magazine French fruit dessert. Very tasty and delicate dessert.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Flour almond

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Apricot

    6 piece

Cooking

1. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla.

2. Beat well.

3. Add the flour, almond flour, salt-mix until smooth.

4. Add milk and cream and beat for 3 minutes.

5. Apricots washed and cut into pieces.

6. Form (d=25 cm) grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Pour the batter on top of the pieces of apricot.

7. Send in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180C. If you want, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
