Very simple and tasty dish. The fish turns out flavorful and juicy. Perfect for a family dinner and for a dinner party.

Cooking
Potatoes, onion, carrots peeled. Onion cut into half rings, carrots grate on medium grater.
Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and honey.
Season with salt and pepper and lightly beat
Fish fillet cut into pieces the same. In a greased form put the fish. Lubricate lightly with sauce ( I unfortunately forgot).
Then the carrots and cut into thin slices potatoes.
The remaining sauce evenly on top. Bake in the oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes. Fish can be served directly in the form and garnish with herbs. Bon appetit!
