Baden cake with nuts and chocolate
Year 2014 - year of the Horse - and on the Christmas table needs to be apples. I suggest you to bake this cake. Apples are here and in decoration, and in the test, this cake turns out moist.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    400 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

Chop the walnuts. To grate the apples, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Beat with a mixer the margarine and sugar. Not stopping to whisk, add eggs one at a time. Add to the dough the flour and 1/2 of the chocolate and whisk.

Add to the dough nuts and apples (if you get a lot of juice, strain the apples in a colander) and mix. Put the dough in a greased form (diameter 26 cm), bake at 180*C for about 50 minutes (I'm a little overexposed). Allow to cool, flip onto a plate. Whipping cream 1/2 minutes, add a fixer for cream, whip until thick. To smear the cake cream, Boca sprinkle with chocolate. Cake decorate with rosettes of cream and slices of Apple.
