Chocolate dessert with strawberries and custard
I love chocolate desserts and this is no exception. When making this dessert has suffered just one bar of chocolate - but what a taste! The chocolate taste is very strong. Pleasant slightly sour taste of fresh strawberries and a soothing creamy taste of custard - a real treat for the sweet tooth. This dessert can also be used as a sweet surprise for friends. To do this, present it in glass jars so he could see the beautiful layers of the dessert!

Let's start... Before you do the cake, prepare the form (diameter 20 cm): I make it with parchment, grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. So turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.

In a tall glass, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the sugar dissolves and weight will increase 3 times. Pour mixture into a bowl and add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Gently knead the dough a spoon movements from the bottom up.

It was the turn of the custard. RUB the yolks with the sugar into white (as in eggnog), add the flour and vanilla - mix Slowly, stirring constantly, pour the yolk 1/3 of the milk and stir to avoid lumps. The rest of the milk put on medium heat to warm slightly and pour it in the yolk mixture, add the fire and stirring constantly, bring to first Puzankov (almost boiling) and remove from heat. Weight should thicken - like liquid sour cream. Add to cream softened butter and mix well.

So, we have all the components ready, but separately! Cake, cheese cream, candied strawberries, fresh strawberries and custard. Now we will assemble our dessert. Sponge cake should be cut into cubes quite a big size (2,5x2,5 cm). I serverul in jars, so at the bottom of each spread a few pieces of biscuit.

Generously pour the cheese and chocolate cream and spread a couple of tablespoons of candied strawberries.

Top cream sticks whole strawberries straight from the tails - those green leaves look just awesome!
