Tart with figs
So often it happens that suddenly the phone rings and I hear: "hi! We go to you!" And then begins to rush around the house in search of something to coffee or something, from which it would be possible to do something to coffee. Offer you a recipe for quick baking. But not just fast, but still quite unusual and very beautiful. Of course, I realize that fresh figs in stock is not for everyone, but it can be successfully replaced by other fruits like ripe juicy fragrant pears. The recipe is from the magazine "Sweet story", but I had a little set up for yourself.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

  • Almonds

  • Chicken egg

    400 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut out a circle slightly larger in diameter than the form. Put the dough in a greased form and pierce well with a fork. Put in oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

Figs wash, good wipe. Cut it into halves or plastinkami. Spread on top of tart, sprinkle with brown sugar and put in oven for 10 minutes to dissolve the sugar.

And the rest of the test I do is simple flagella, sprinkled them with brown sugar and bake.
