Cooking
In advance to turn on the oven. Flour, margarine and baking powder RUB hands.
Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. The yolk and sugar RUB, add to flour mixture. Put whites in the fridge (while you're making the dough).
Divide the dough into 2 parts - one more the other less. (The dough turns out crumbly, so do not lump).
In large part then add the sour cream ( when there is no sour cream, add mayonnaise). Knead.
In a smaller part of the add cocoa. And put in the refrigerator while you cut the apples.
Bright put the dough in the pan (I cartoonize with a diameter of 26 cm).
Finely chop the apples (the apples is important nosochnye, juicy flow, the dough will not bake) and spread on dough. Sprinkle vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
Beat the whites in a cool foam (add a little salt for better whipping). To put on apples.
