Meatballs in tomato sauce
A simple and tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Water

    350 ml

  • Salt

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Cooking

Rice is boiled until soft. Finely chop onions, carrots grate on a fine grater, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the egg and mix well.

Tomatoes cut into slices and simmer in the pan.

Celery and garlic are finely chop and add to the pan the tomatoes, continue to simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Add the tomato, Bay leaf, pepper and salt to taste.

From stuffing make meatballs of medium size.

To the pan add water or broth and bring to a boil.

Put meatballs in tomato sauce, cover and cook 20 minutes.
