What do we need...
Cauliflower put in a deep pot, fill with water, put on stove, bring to a boil. Salt. Diminish the fire and cook for 10 minutes until soft.
First, put the cabbage in a colander, allow to cool, then place them directly on the Board.
Make minced chicken: them meat raw chicken breast, onions, add raw eggs, chopped fresh herbs, salt, pepper.
The stuffing lightly saute in a pan until soft.
Put the cabbage on a baking sheet and fill all the voids between the inflorescences of meat. Well to put the stuffing by hand, without compromising the integrity of the cabbage.
Sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Put the cabbage in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cheese should be covered with a Golden crust.
Serve hot, cut into serving pieces.
