Pie
Sweet and sour pie dough. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Lemon

    2 piece

Cooking

Lemon boil in boiling water for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.

In warm milk dissolve the yeast, add a tablespoon of sugar and a couple tablespoons of flour.

Put in a warm place for 20-40 minutes to raise.

Add grated on a coarse grater margarine.

Pour the flour and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place until you prepare the filling.

The lemon grind in a food processor or mince. Add the sugar and stir. If you do not like the taste of the peel, the lemon to be cleaned.

Divide the dough into two unequal parts. A large part of the roll out (be sure to avoid holes, and then will leak the filling) and spread on a greased baking sheet to form a roll of dough.

Spread the filling on top.

Roll out second portion of dough and spread on top of filling. Bend and zasiyaet region. Carefully pierce top with fork holes. Put in oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

The finished cake remove from oven and allow to cool.
