Pello pork with rice and pineapple
This is a very flavorful Indian dish. Having prepared it once, I realized that it will be a frequent guest at my table.

Ingredients

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Allspice

    2 piece

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 piece

  • Carnation

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    70 g

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pork cut into pieces and fried with onions.

Then add allspice, salt, add boiling water and carcass until tender.

The rice is boiled until almost cooked and washed. Cut half of the pineapple and mix with rice.

Squeeze juice from oranges (some recipes add only the pineapple juice), mix with honey and pineapple juice and add a little lemon juice. The second half of the pineapple will warm up in a saucepan and add spices.

In a baking dish and spread the pork, rice and top with pineapple. Watered juice. Cover with foil and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
