Pumpkin pie
This cake exhibited on the website Tapensa, I love it! But it consists of maple syrup (which is not easy to buy), and soy milk can be found easily. For this reason, I changed the recipe according to your taste. Present for your consideration what I did. For fans of pumpkin! Help yourself!!! I ate even those who does not like pumpkin.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    425 g

  • Walnuts

    0.75 cup

  • Oat flakes

    0.75 cup

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple juice

    0.25 cup

  • Honey

    0.75 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Corn starch

    0.25 cup

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.125 tsp

Cooking

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and bake in the oven until soft. Allow to cool a little and make pumpkin puree. Nuts to fry.

Flour, oatmeal, nuts, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, salt on the tip of a knife to put in a food processor and grind. Add Apple juice and honey 3 tbsp, mix everything carefully. It turns sticky and elastic dough. In the form in diameter 20-22 cm put the baking paper, lightly grease with vegetable oil and put the dough, forming a rim. I laid hands moistened with water. Prick the bottom with a fork. Bake in the oven at 190*C for 10 minutes. Then take out and allow to cool.

Now prepare the filling. In a blender or processor, add starch, add milk and whisk until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, remaining honey, ginger, cinnamon, 1.5 tsp., salt to taste, nutmeg, ground cloves - all whisk until smooth.

Put in oven and bake for another 35-40 minutes. The surface of the cake becomes firmer. Allow to cool and then put in the cold for 3 hours.
