Cake
Offer to cook a very simple and delicious cake "Winter cranberry". Sweet sponge cake combined with sweet cream and sour cranberry will appeal to many!

Ingredients

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa from the "Dr. Oetker" and the cornstarch "Dr. Oetker". Separately beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy mass.

Gradually add the dry mixture into the beaten eggs with sugar. Stirring gently so that the dough has not lost its lightness.

In the end, add the melted butter, and gently stir it into the dough.

I have a form with a diameter of 18 cm Bake about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Readiness check wooden skewer.

Cover with a second crust, and distributed the remnants of the cream, decorate with cranberries and a sprinkling of confectionery from the "Dr. Oetker". Put at least 4 hours in refrigerator to soak.
