Description

Creamy ice cream with wild strawberries
This is my first experience in the preparation of homemade ice cream, the recipe looked probably 15 years! Source is my collection of small books from the series"cooking School" that "Delicious desserts". The recipe that I want to offer you, collected from the two, the original is used raspberry. I slightly changed the proportions, took the frozen forest strawberries, and here before you my first ice cream turned out very much even anything and just "not lumpy"!)). And yet, recently I became a Scullion 5! level, and this is my 100th recipe on the website! I want to say to everyone who supported me, who came and comes to my page to all friends and site Administration, a BIG HEARTFELT THANKS!!! I wanted to treat you with this delicious dessert! Come visit, my dear!

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    75 g

  • Strawberry

    150 g

  • Granulated sugar

    70 g

Cooking

step-0
The recipe used brown sugar and Demerara cane sugar granules from Mistral
step-1
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and cane sugar, - I am very fond of this sugar for its caramel flavor!
step-2
Whisk in light weight
step-3
In a skillet or saucepan, mix cream and milk, heat without boiling
step-4
Remove from heat, carefully and slowly pour into the yolk mixture, rapidly stirring with a whisk
step-5
Return to the stove and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, but do not boil! Set aside to cool. In a saucepan mix sugar granules and frozen berries, mix well, put on the stove
step-6
Heat until the sugar is dissolved and boil for another 5 minutes, leave to cool. If you use fresh berries, add a little water.
step-7
The cooled milk-egg mixture to pour into containers to half, or just one to put in the freezer for 1-2 hours. In an hour I have nothing frozen, so I decided to experiment with the contents of one container whipped with a whisk to increase volume and again poured into the container and put it in the freezer.
step-8
After another hour took out both containers, and that's what it was, which had beaten the mixture - it is similar to mousse). The second mixture was zamerzla on the walls, - the contents of the two containers and stir again, remove in the freezer for about an hour.
step-9
An hour to get our ice-cream, mix again - it's not liquid, but not quite cold, just what you need! Spread a tablespoon of our cooked berries.
step-10
And gently stir lightly fork and two spoons just to put on top. And now put into the freezer until fully cured, I prepared in the evening and in the morning tried
step-11
Get our container, put the bottom in hot water for a few seconds, a knife will hold along the walls and overturn our finished ice cream onto a plate or dish. Decorate as desired - I have cherries from jam - you can sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
step-12
Take a large knife heated under hot water, wipe dry, cut our ice cream into portions and enjoy! Ice cream is very tasty, with a slight acidity of forest strawberries, cream and delicate!
