Make the cream. Beat the egg with sugar, add flour, mix well. Pour 1/3 of milk, mix well. The rest of the milk bring to the boil. Add mixture to milk and stirring constantly, cook the cream until thick. Add to the oil. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Then the cooled cream, add the dye and stir the cream for 3-5 minutes. Put into the fridge.

Make the dough. In a saucepan with water put the butter, salt, sugar and bring to a boil. Pour the sifted flour, then the mass is to cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring with a spatula. Brewed the dough is cooled. Then gradually add the eggs, whisk well the batter.

Choux dough is put in a pastry bag (or pastry syringe) and release from it the product of the round form. Bake the dough for 30-35 minutes at 220*.

Assembly. On the first ring pastry bag put the cream.

On top, apply more cream and decorate with nuts (I pine). You can decorate with chocolate, berries. I decorated with grapes.
