Cooking
Mint rinse and punching with the sugar with an immersion blender.
Beat softened butter, mint, sugar and egg until fluffy.
Add the chopped chocolate (can use chocolate drops), cereal, flour, sifted with cocoa and baking powder.
The dough was as sticky clay.
Wet hands to form balls the size of a walnut and spread out on silicone Mat or parchment for baking at a distance from each other. If desired, decorate with nuts.
Bake at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool the cookies on wire rack.
Just out of the oven the cookies are soft, but harden when cooled (I got 30 stuff).
