Fish in Bombay
Melting in the mouth pangasius fillet in a spicy sauce. Try it - you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Pangasius

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Ginger

  • Coconut milk

    250 ml

  • Spices

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

For a start, as you may have guessed, we will cut leek and fry in butter until transparent.

Next peel the ginger and garlic. Chop up and send to prepared onions. Add 1.5 tbsp of curry

After 5-7 minutes, when all of our ingredients will exchange flavors and "make friends", enter coconut milk, stir and cover for another 5 minutes.

While our dairy and vegetable mass is languishing, we will do a mango puree. To start, peel it from the peel, take the flesh and Porirua in a blender or food processor. Should look like the picture.
