Meatballs
Thinking what to cook for dinner, and found on the Internet the recipe of Swedish meatballs. Simple and delicious. Traditionally served these meatballs with sweet-tart lingonberry jam.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 240 C. In a bowl, mix the mince, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, salt and pepper.

Mix well.

To form meatballs and place on oiled baking sheet. Place in oven and bake until Golden brown (10 to 12 minutes).

While the meatballs are cooked, make the sauce. In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Add flour, cook, stirring, 1 minute (do not let darken). Gradually add the broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens (2 to 3 minutes).

Serve meatballs with sauce, garnish with parsley.
