Pangasius in the
Method of cooking fish came up by itself. Like fish and mushrooms)). The result of the experiment we liked so decided to share with you :-). The fish turns out juicy and very tender.

Ingredients

  • Pangasius

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Egg white

    1 piece

To start prepare the marinade for the fish: squeeze the juice of a small orange (I had a blood orange, it is fragrant).

In orange juice add the ginger, stir. All the marinade is ready!

Pangasius fillet wash, dry cloth and cut into small pieces and RUB spices (you can just salt and pepper).

Put in a container with a lid. From top to pour the marinade and mix well. Close the tray and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for about an hour.

Meanwhile, the mushrooms and onions fry in vegetable oil or, as I bake in the heated oven.

For the cheese sauce, mix cream cheese (I had plain), sour cream, squeeze the garlic and add the chopped dill.

Slightly beat with a fork egg whites with a pinch of salt and put into sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Fish taken out of the fridge and spread the pieces to the form next to each other (I have not found a shape the right size, so I made a mold out of foil).

The mushrooms add 2 tablespoons of the cheese sauce and stir.

In the rest of the sauce, I added orange juice, which was marinated fish.

Fish evenly cover with the sauce.

And on top of fish, mushrooms. Sent in heated to 180 degrees oven for 35 minutes.

It's all finished. Now allow to stand for 5 minutes (if you have enough patience) and you can submit :-) Bon appetit!
