I have the dough from the recipe http://www.povarenok .EN/recipe/show/1854 8/, for which many thanks. But only half of the ingredients. Raisins and butter puree them in a blender.
Cut off 1/4 of the dough on the Mat for buns. The rest roll out into the reservoir (I have 1 cm thick, but thinner), spread our raisin and sprinkle with ground cardamom (can be cinnamon, but I can't stand her).
Roll into a log and cut into pieces about 2 cm thick.
Grease a form with butter, roll out our DNA and put it on buns. Give a time for 20 minutes.
