Cooking
Make the cakes: in a dish mix the eggs, sugar, sour cream.
Add baking soda (slaked lemon juice or vinegar), flour.
Cocoa, soft butter. Stir it carefully. Should be a lot like very thick cream.
Spread the mass in a baking dish covered with parchment paper, or greased with butter.
Bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool.
Make cream: whisk sour cream in a blender with a whisk attachment for about 6-8 minutes.
Add the sugar, vanilla, cocoa and whisk. The cream should be thick.
Pie cut the top and sides. Divide the cake into two parts.
The first part lubricated with half of the cream and put the cream on the cherry.
Cover with the second part and cut into cubes of sides and tip. And top with the remaining cream.
The cake should soak and freeze until morning.
