Jelly raspberry marmalade on agar-agar, a homemade soda with syrup of raspberry and lemon juice, with the addition of crystal sugar TM MISTRAL. Tasty and healthy! For children and adults!

For jelly marmalade I made homemade soda with raspberry syrup. Made soda in a siphon.
Added to soda 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp crystal sugar TM MISTRAL. Stir.
Half of the soda was poured into a container that can be put on the fire. I used coffee in Turku. Dissolve the soda, which the Turk, the agar-agar. Agar-agar still depends on the manufacturer and use it as directed on the package. It took me 3 hours L. Give the agar-agar to swell a little and put on fire, bring to a boil.
A thin stream, stirring constantly, pour agar-agar into the second half of a soda pop. Prepare forms for marmalade.
Poured into molds and put in the refrigerator. Marmalade grabbed very quickly.
After 15 minutes I easily shook out forms on scattered crystal sugar.
A little bit of sugar smashed in a mortar and poured the marmalade.
