Soft cheese cookies with white chocolate
Soft, light cookies with a creamy flavor that literally melts in your mouth. All this is complemented by splashes of white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese curd

    60 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    260 g

  • Corn starch

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Topping pastry

Cooking

In a blender mix butter, room temperature cheese and sugar (of Mistral) air until a homogeneous paste.

Then add the egg, flour, vanilla extract, starch (or replace it with an incremental portion of baking powder), baking powder. Mix well. You get a lush, soft mass.

Add the white chocolate. I also added to the dough a little sprinkles. And then decorate with sprinkles and top.

Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and leave for 10 minutes to cool down.
