Cookies
Today is Mother's day. This is a very tasty, tender and crumbly cookies I want to dedicate to our dear and beloved mothers. Live long!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Flour almond

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • White chocolate

    150 g

  • Granulated sugar

    4 g

Of these products knead homogeneous dough, wrap it in clingfilm and put in the fridge for 60 minutes.

Heat the oven to 180°C. Roll dough out into a cushion with a thickness of ~5 cm, cut into slices 1 cm thick and to form them into rectangles.

Put the rectangles on lined paper to escaping the pan. Cook for 10 -12 minutes until Golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

Break chocolate and melt in a hot water bath. Spread the cookies and decorate with sugar sprinkles. Let the chocolate dry.
