Cooking
Mix all dry ingredients (except sugar) for the dough in a separate container. Separate the yolks from the whites.
Whisk whites with sugar until strong peaks. Then to the mixture alternately add the egg yolks, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, orange zest, mixing thoroughly after adding each ingredient.
Add the dry mixture, stir. In the end add chopped nuts. Pour the batter into the pan, greased (I 23Х32 can 23Х23 square) and put it into the preheated oven to 180 degrees to bake for 40-45 minutes.
The willingness of cake to check on a dry skewer/toothpick. Leave our cake to cool.
Prepare the cream/frosting for our cakes. Butter room temperature, beat with powdered sugar, add cream cheese and whisk again all. We put our cream on the cooled cake, and sprinkle top with chopped nuts. Cut into portions and serve cakes.
