Cooking
Strawberries grind in a blender.
Add flour, knead the dough.
The batter should be hard, resilient and should not break.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of 1-2 mm.
Noodles hand spread on trays. Can be good to dry and store for a long time and need to cook.
Even from this dough I made dumplings with cottage cheese.
Noodles and dumplings boil in salted water.
Prepare the syrup for the filing of noodles. Freshly squeezed strawberry juice, combine with sugar and bring to a boil.
Pour cooked noodles with hot syrup, put some slices of fresh strawberries.
