Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    7 piece

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Butter

I prefer such varieties of zucchini, light green color.

Washed and peeled zucchini, cut lengthwise. Remove pulp (but not throw) and sprinkle part of the Parmesan cheese.

Pulp overcook onions in olive oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.

To turn into a mush of overcooked vegetables and mix them with egg, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and remaining Parmesan cheese.

To fill half the vegetables and optional cover with slices of butter.

Send in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
