Cooking
All was conceived as fish cakes: there was frozen fish and a rough idea of what the cakes have to be the egg, salt, sour cream for richness, semolina for viscosity. Hard part by weight is not established - as there are so many laid. BUT after all shredded in the blender, I realized it was a liquid, to pour semolina and no longer wanted (trying to watch my figure). So all this "mess" put in the fridge and "forgot" for a few hours.
And then came the Epiphany - potatoes!!! and "a disgrace" by the time became thicker (semolina swollen), so the potatoes sliced thin (0.5-1 cm) slices, put in a pan (I have non-stick coating, if the usual, of course, must be lubricated)
Potatoes laid (poured) "mess", the top covered with grass (in my case, it dried dill), decorated with carrot, and in the oven for 220-240 V*With (or rather not say, the old oven)
After 40 minutes of "disgrace" has become fragrant and tender casserole
As the casserole turned out fine, put it in "2-storey" portion; a total of 3 similar portions of approximately 200 g, 250 kcal each (considered it myself!!!) PS the dish is prepared, including, and for a one year old, so no onions and peppers ;-)
