Cooking

step-0
When making yogurt, and I deviated from the instructions on the package and instead of water used 4% milk. In milk at room temperature was added a sachet of dry chocolate yogurt Oursson thoroughly mixed.
step-1
The capacity with the resulting mixture was placed in a thermos yogurt maker, filled with boiling water to the desired level, tighten the lid and leave in a warm place for the night. In the morning I took a capsule with yogurt and put it in the fridge to cool. The result shocked me - such a thick yoghurt I have never looked!
step-2
In 30 ml of milk and dissolve the gelatine, leave to swell for 20-30 minutes.
step-3
Meanwhile, in the rest of the milk add the honey and the contents of part of the vanilla pod (and the pod also - then remove) and heat, but do not allow to boil. Then allow to cool to room temperature. Remove the vanilla pod.
step-4
Milk with gelatin heat on a water bath to dissolve in the microwave, drain through a sieve. Mix with the cooled milk mixture.
step-5
30 grams of chocolate, chop
step-6
Pour in the milk mixture
step-7
Add a chocolate yogurt. Here the photo shows how thick it is.
step-8
With a whisk stir until smooth, pour into molds and put into the fridge for curing at least a couple of hours. Before serving, chop the remaining chocolate and decorate them for dessert. Want to steal a can of whipped cream.
