Cooking
If you have mashed potatoes hot, then cool it to room temperature. If you use (like me) and yesterday's mashed potatoes, then reheat it in the microwave to room temperature.
Add warm milk. Stir with a fork to mashed potatoes completely dissolved in the milk.
Add salt, sugar and yeast. Stir, cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place.
In a large bowl sift the flour, add the melted butter, sunflower oil, salt, and ground cumin. Add coming up the yeast and pour another 60 ml of warm milk. It took me so much, but it all depends on your flour.
Knead the dough. I worked with their hands. The dough is soft and elastic. The dough is put in greased with sunflower oil a bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise.
After 40 minutes the dough punch down and let rise another 40 minutes.
The finished dough spread in a prepared pan for baking bread. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes warm.
Coat the dough with the salted water and sprinkle with whole cumin. Bake in preheated oven at 200*C for about 40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack.
