Ingredients

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Yeast

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    150 ml

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Corn starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

In boiling water, enter the condensed milk, stir thoroughly, let cool to 37°.

Then introduced the yeast, sugar and 1 tbsp with slide flour. Stir, leave the dough to activate in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the cream. All components mix and put on a small fire.

Abenaim the dough, divide into 2 parts. This amount of dough is enough for a large square cake, but I did not as big and round. From the second part of the test, the kids and I made a bread a "dummy".
