Cupcake banana
Another option fragrant banana cake. We liked it the taste and of course it's a great utilization of overripe bananas.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Melt the butter and cool.

Pour the sugar into the cooled butter.

Add eggs with milk and stir.

Pour the flour with the baking powder and mix until smooth.

Peel and mash the bananas.

Bake at 180 gr 30 minutes, then reduce temperature to 150-160 gr and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. If you insert it in the middle of the cupcake and it remains dry, it is ready.
