Pork chops stuffed with feta, almonds and herbs
So delicious you can please both guests and family.

Ingredients

  • Mint

    8 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Broth

    125 ml

  • Pork

    4 piece

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

Chop the greens.

Three grated feta.

Fry the almonds, chop finely.

Greens, feta, almonds, mix and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. The stuffing is ready.

Pork chops on the bone to make a cut in the form of pockets. Obtained stuffing to fill the pockets.

Chops pepper on both sides. I baked the meatballs in the oven for 30 minutes at temperature 200*C. the original recipe is to fry the meat on both sides in vegetable oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

While the meat is baked, prepare the sauce. Saute in oil the peeled and chopped tomatoes, minced garlic and thyme. A mixture of salt and pepper, add the broth and boil until the sauce thickens.
