Air doughnuts from my childhood. It is this taste of doughnuts why is it especially memorable, probably the cause is a café in the next street where the carrier sometimes parents. Isn't this handsome?

Cooking
Dilute the yeast and sugar in warm milk, after about five minutes the hood will come.
Pour the flour on the table, the hole in the middle put three egg yolks, very soft butter (or melted), salt and pour our cooked milk with yeast and sugar. Knead the dough. Cover with a damp towel and set in a warm place for about 30 minutes to come up. (For those who used to do the pots, it is better to first mix the ingredients and then gradually add the flour, I just used to knead the dough on the table, I did so feel better, especially if you knead a lot of bread.)
Both rose, carefully spread on the table, cut the pieces and wrapping the edges of the pieces in the middle, forming a round doughnut with a hole in the middle.
I tried to make a couple with the remnants of raspberry jam. (The daughter now only eats.)
Allow to rest for 10 minutes, during which time they will rise up and deal)
Spread on a hot frying pan with sunflower oil and fry them on both sides. In the pan they will rise further. And, of course, powdered sugar!
